College is a huge step in the life of a teen and even though it seems super exciting it has its huge share of rough moment. Living alone is not always easy and students will have to battle through a lot to overcome these problems. Luckily there are many tools to help the life of students to be easier.
On campus there are many organizations that would serve students probably for tutoring or textbooks and things in that sort. However students need some other tools to make them enjoy the whole college experience. Students want to meet other students in school and socialize. They want to be entertained, they want to go to all the cool events or sports games. They want to be able to effectively sell their items and make money. Some students want to be able to read whats going on or know the places to visit in the college town or city.
The internet represents the biggest place where many of these students needs can easily be satisfied. Luckily, there are several websites that can help that. Facebook is a major tool in this process, another one will be campuslive. An interesting upcoming website that will be a great tool for the student community is announceschool. The website was developed some time ago and it allows students to place up ads, events and much more as well as read news on it from your school. It also has a school marketplace, a site worth checking out. http://announceschool.com
Chatroulette was an interesting website for entertainment but due its nudity it has slowly gone downhill. So students check online for solutions to the college life rough times.

How to make Big Colleges feel small
Around the country, most of the big colleges like ASU, Ohio State, Florida State with over 40000 students on a single campus feel amazingly huge. You see so many people walking around that you see for the first time and probably won't ever see again. You are surrounded by so many people who just seem to walk around like busy, going somewhere or chatting in groups. You then tell yourself why is this place so big, I feel like a no one. To bridge the gap, you try to be friends with everyone you can come across, you try to join every club possible. But even after that, you still think the school campus is still super huge. So the questions comes up, how to make your school community appear small. Whatever you try to do, there is always a time that you feel that there are so much more people around that you have never seen. You could just ignore the fact and walk with your group of friends and forget the rest or you can try your best to be Mr. Popular. There are various was to become Mr. popular in school. You could be the star quarterback on the team or the running back. You could be the Basketball team star point guard or President of the Student Government, but for the normal student, the key of becoming this easily lays on the school kiosks system, where about 80% of the cool stuff in school are advertised. Well now you can't start walking to each kiosks trying to write down everything going down in school, but now there is a website that can easily allow you to do that, AnnounceSchool. This is a website that allows students to post up pretty much everything and more that you will post up on a kiosk and even more. So when other students post up a party or an event club event or sport event, all you need to do is to open up your computer and check the website in your school section and check what is going on. As simple as that. With that you will be able to attend much more events and thereby meet much more people. This website thereby a simple way of making huge campuses feel small. Check it out, http://announceschool.com
